Put in nine numbers you already know. You get what a missed visit costs, in your estimator's time and in the sale it would have made. Then what that adds up to a month, a year, and per point of no-show rate.
Out of pocket: you spend the drive whether or not the door opens, so all of it counts. You lose the slot only if nobody else takes it. So it counts by the share you do not refill. Minutes times what an hour of that estimator costs you, plus the vehicle. Opportunity: the close rate times the gross on a job, times the share of slots not refilled. One no-show is the two added. The month is that times the no-shows. A point of no-show rate is one visit in a hundred, times the cost of one.
Nobody publishes no-show rates for this trade. The share of booked visits that happen is the number this whole record exists to measure. It does not have it yet. Any page that gives you a "typical" no-show rate is guessing. This one prints your arithmetic and says what it would cost to find out.
One number this page cannot give you: how many of your booked estimates happened. The system behind this site counts that one.
